As the Mobile Banking Application integrated a new feature, we hosted a user testing session between the development stage and the launch of Phase 1. Takeaway

Following the user testing, we gained a better understanding of real user reactions and identified the pros and cons of the journey. Firstly, we obtained design results and found that users preferred to keep the design government approach rather than a new design pattern. Secondly, we gained a better understanding of how real customers think about life goal setting and how often they would use it. Overall, from a design journey perspective, the flow and visuals were clear and easy to comprehend. However, users were confused by the copy, which our team plans to address while continuing to develop the new feature.

In the initial phase of the project, I leveraged user flow to illustrate the sequence of actions that users undergo to fulfill tasks or accomplish objectives within the product. This technique aided in aligning the flow with stakeholder requirements and identifying any potential technical impediments that could impede the user's progression.

After receiving the requirements, I begin crafting wireframes to help stakeholders envision the end product. At the same time, I initiate communication with the Client's design team to obtain design guidelines and support. This approach allows me to streamline the development process and progress through each sprint with ease.
